As a Deputy EIC, representative and staff writer for the Deadly Art of Survival (DAOS) magazine, I have the responsibility of helping find and interview talent as well as write articles showcasing leading martial artists worldwide! DAOS magazine is a best seller on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and other various sellers. As Deputy Editor-in-Chief (Deputy EIC) my role is to act as second-in-command in the editorial organization reporting directly to the Editor-in-Chief (EIC). The role blends leadership, editorial judgment, strategy, and operations, to make sure the Deadly Art of Survival magazine releases on time and in budget.
